Founded
in 1985 by Mr. Saad H. Abukhadra as a 100% Saudi Company and has been
continuously maintained as such. The
initial endeavors of the company were in the field of construction fastening
technology as the sole agent of HILTI Corporation ( In 1986, the company expanded into the field of construction building chemicals for maintenance, repair, injection, coating and flooring systems. In
1989, our company was appointed as the sole distributor for Prismo Ltd. ( In
1992, we were appointed the sole distributor of P.P.W. (

In
1995 we signed an Agency Agreement with ALCOR Chemie Vertriebs AG
to market their (T.E.L.) Tetraethyl Lead Antiknock Compound to all Saudi Aramco
refineries in the kingdom.
In
1996, the company was appointed as the sole distributor for International Chem-Crete
Corp.(
),
Crafco (
)
and Polymeric Systems, Inc. (
)
products.
To
date we are still representing ALCOR Chemie Vertriebs AG jointly with the
Associated OCTEL Corporation to market their new Iron Based Octane Enhancers.
We have branch offices situated strategically in major business centres kingdom wide.

CAPABILITIES:
As a professional company, we take our responsibility to provide technical advice to our clients very seriously. Our field technical marketing advisors are either Civil, Mechanical or Chemical engineers who have received specialized technical training on the full range of products and applications.
In each of the three regions of Saudi Arabia, the Field Technical Marketing Advisors are supported by a Chief Technical Engineer and a Specialist Chemical Applications Engineer. Both are in close contact with the Technical Department and the National Technical Manager.
Our technical service personnel provide periodic seminars for our clients to assist them in maintaining up-to-date knowledge in our fields of expertise.
The tool/equipment repair facility in Jeddah is the most modern available with "same day" repair capability. This capability combined with 24 hours transit down time on any piece of our equipment. A computerized inventory system assures that all spare parts are available to support this programme. The centralized repair workshop consists of six professional well trained mechanics, supervised by a Mechanical Engineer.
