The RM 550 is a front wheel drive extruder machine with a 60hp diesel engine. 2 hydraulic pumps supply the machine with hydraulic power for the driving axle and all hydraulic functions. A 500L low built vertical preheater, indirectly heated by a diesel oil burner, supplies the melted material to the material pump, specially designed for thermoplastic material.
